COVID-19 Update

I want to use a computer. What should I do? 

Computer access available during all open hours.

  • No appointment necessary.
  • Wear a face covering over your nose and chin.
  • Options available: print, scan, copy & fax
  • Computer labs close periodically for cleaning
  • No laptops available. 

I'm interested in contact-less printing. What are my options?

  1. Convert your file to one of these accepted formats: PDF (preferred); Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Publisher); Photos (.JPG, .PNG, .TIFF)*
  2. Email your file and library card number (if you have one) to
  3. Please specify any special instructions, such as double-sided, B&W or color, etc. (All files will be printed on plain paper.)
  4. Allow up to 1 business day for processing. You will receive a confirmation when your print is ready.
  5. Pick up available via drive-thru only. 

* Note: If you wish to print a Google Drive file, payslip, or portal file, download the file and convert it to one of the formats listed above.

I need help using the computer. What should I do? 

For contactless assistance, you may request remote assistance by using the phone at your station or this chat feature. If you need help with your personal device, please schedule an appointment for an online session

I need internet access. What are my options? 

  • Free wi-fi access during your visit (limited capacity)
  • Free 24/7 wi-fi access in covered parking garage 
  • Wi-fi hotspots
